A business update from technology provider Dotlines UK has today revealed that they’ve signed a 5-year contract with retail broadband provider Olilo, which will see the ISP deploy Dotlines Catena Cloud platform, which is an all-in-one system that’s designed to help internet providers to “seamlessly sell, deliver and manage end-to-end telecoms services“.

The aim of Catena is to help ISPs unify their various, siloed teams, systems and data within the company into one place – replacing legacy systems (customer management, billing, ordering, support tickets etc.) and meaning less manual work. Catena is developed by the team behind another broadband ISP, Carnival Internet UK, and has also been adopted by other retail providers like Neatley.

According to the business update, Olilo will pay an initial professional services set-up fee, a minimum monthly platform fee and a per subscriber (end customer) rate that increases at certain thresholds. The contract has an estimated minimum value of £1.1m over its term, and the Group expects to launch Catena with Olilo in Q4 2026.
