UK ISP CommunityFibre, which has deployed their 5Gbps speed full fibre broadband network to 1.4 million homes (mostly in London and the South East), will later this morning enable new customers to get 10% off 12-month and 24-month deals until 23:59 on 16th September 2026. But on the flip side, they’ve reintroduced mid-contract price hikes.
The deals mean that, for example, new customers can take packages from as low as £11.25 per month on a 24-month term for speeds of 35Mbps, while 1Gbps (symmetric speeds) full fibre plans have been reduced to £22.50 per month and their top 5Gbps tier will now set you back just £56.70 per month. All packages include a “free” router and installation. Take note that 12-month plans also exist, albeit at extra cost.
However there is a catch with this latest change. Back in July, when CommunityFibre launched their previous round of promotions, they also decided to remove the provider’s mid-contract hikes (i.e. monthly prices will increase by £3 each April). But this was only temporary, and we understand that the new discounts will reintroduce that policy for new customers.
